FAQ

Good questions

What does the registration fee cover?

Accommodation for Jan 1–2, all meals and high tea, your return gift, faculty felicitation, the party bus from Hyderabad, and event photography. Banquet-night drinks on Jan 1 are pay-your-own.

What counts as a "family" registration?

Two adults and up to two kids. If your group looks different, register and mention the details in the notes — we'll sort it out.

How do I pay?

Head to the registration page — after you submit the form you'll see a UPI QR code. Scan, pay, and put your name in the payment note. We confirm by email and WhatsApp once funds are verified.

What's the Day 3 extension?

An optional extra day on Jan 3 — cricket and volleyball in the morning, local tourism (Bhadrakali, Ramappa) in the afternoon. It's +₹5,000 to cover the extra night, meals and transport.

Is the party bus really included?

Yes — AC buses from Hyderabad to Warangal and back are covered by your fee. Choose the bus option in the form so we can plan seats.

I registered but my plans changed. Now what?

Ping the organizing committee on the batch WhatsApp group and we'll figure it out.
